THE Deiniol Shopping Centre in Bangor is on the market for the second time in three years.

With no price quoted, it has been placed on the market with estate agents Knightsbridge Business Sales.

The sale comes just three years after its previous purchase, when it was sold for £1.37million at auction with Allsop.

The 52,000 sq ft premises is located on the High Street, with shops including Shoezone, EE, H Samuel, Vodafone, Claire’s and Timpsons.

The sale agent said: “Rental income is in excess of £313k generated per annum. The site features over 20 different retail outlets, including many well-known brands.

“Benefits from high levels of customer footfall and a continual stream of passing trade. Retail shop units and freehold property are being offered for sale to enable our clients to move their business in a new direction.

“Ideal acquisition for buyers with other shopping centres based outside of the area, as it could enable them to move into the region and increase their overall market share.”

Potential buyers have been invited to bid for the centre.
