A Dispersal Order is has been implemented in Trearddur Bay after reports of anti-social behaviour (ASP) involving youths.
Anglesey police say high levels of ASB and associated disorder have been reported in the beach area, with large groups of youths gathering there.

Several recent reports involved teenagers engaged in drink and drug-fuelled incidents, resulting in disorderly and violent behaviour.

The Dispersal Order, which will be in effect until 9pm today (Monday, 28 March), allows police officers to remove persons where they have reasonable grounds to suspect that the behaviour of the person in the locality has contributed or is likely to contribute to—
(a) members of the public in the locality being harassed, alarmed or distressed, or
(b) the occurrence in the locality of crime or disorder.
Police said: "We would urge all parents to deter their children from attending this location while the Dispersal Order is in effect.
"Parents and guardians who live in this area are also encouraged to question where their sons and daughters are spending time in the evenings."
