CONWY Borough have made further additions to their attacking options with the acquisition of John Littlemore.

The one-time highly touted prospect joins up with the Tangerines’ following a spell at fellow JD Cymru North side Porthmadog, where he signed in the summer from Holyhead Hotspur.

Littlemore boasts JD Cymru Premier experience having turned out for Cardiff Met, helping them to sixth spot in their first ever season operating in the top-flight and netting once in 19 appearances.

Upon moving closer to home, Littlemore joined the Holy Islanders’ and also made a lasting impression before making the move to Port following Spurs’ relegation, but he has found chances limited of late and has opted for a fresh start with Warran Gibbs and Chris Morrell.

It has been a busy January transfer window at Y Morfa, with midfielder Gethin Maxwell making a return to the fold from Rhyl and Aidan Clark also joining from Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Division One side Bodedern Athletic.

Borough’s weekend encounter against Llanrhaedr-ym-Mochnant was postponed due to a waterlogged surface, leaving them without a fixture until February 8 when they make a tricky looking trip to Ruthin Town.
