MOUNTAIN RANGERS' Sam Williams bagged TWELVE goals in his side's 16-0 win over Cefni in the Anglesey League.
In the only game that managed to survive the adverse weather on Saturday afternoon, Alex Philp's side crushed the hosts with a dominant second half display.
Alongside Williams quadruple hat-trick, which took his tally for the season in all competitions to 44 goals, were further goals from Sion Lloyd, Terry Watkinson, Simon Kay and Osian Hughes.
The emphatic win puts Rangers, who are still unbeaten in the league, just three points behind top of the table Cemaes Bay with two games in hand over their opponents.
On Friday evening, Hotspur Reserves came from 2-0 down to secure a 2-2 draw against Arriva Bangor. Scott Hughes had put Kevin Jones' side in command with a double but a Cameron Eaton penalty and a Sion Rowlands goals bagged Tom Scott's team a deserved point.
