CEFNI climbed off the bottom of the Anglesey League table with a 3-1 win over Holyhead Town.

Having had an eighteen point deduction just two months ago, Grahame Jones' side are now on to one point after claiming all three at Millbank thanks to a Ben Wright double and a goal from Henry Caldecott.

The win sees them on level points with Llandegfan, but ahead of them on goal difference.

Llandeg suffered an agonising 1-0 loss at Llanfairpwll - Owain Davies striking in the 87th minute to hand the home side a win.

Elsewhere, Arriva Bangor came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 against Pentraeth Reserves. Goals from Scott Hughes, Wisdom Janes and Dion Williams saw Kevin Jones' side overcome an own goal and a Luke Winter strike.

Mountain Rangers maintained the pressure on league-leaders Cemaes Bay with a 2-0 win at Valley. Goals from Simon Kay and Aled Steele sees Rangers hot on the heels of The Bay, with three games in hand on their opponents too.

In the second round of the Benllech Car Boot Trophy, Hotspur Reserves claimed another impressive win over Cemaes Bay.
