LLANDUDNO defender Kai Edwards is the subject of significant interest from a number of high-profile clubs across the region.
The Pioneer understands that JD Welsh Premier League outfits Bala Town and Caernarfon Town have joined the race to sign the talented centre-half, who impressed during an otherwise disappointing season for the recently relegates side.
Another side that have made Edwards an offer is Prestatyn Town, with manager Neil Gibson looking for a marquee signing ahead of their expected Tier 2 North promotion bid next ter.
The Wales C international is set to decide between the three clubs in the coming weeks, which could have massive implications for the respective clubs involved.
New Tudno manager Gary Taylor-Fletcher outlined that some senior figures will be leaving the club this summer for new challenges or to remain in the top flight.
He said: “I’ve spoken to the majority of the lads and there is a few who I want to stay, but there is also a few who want to stay in the Welsh Premier League and they all will have plenty of admirers.”
“I haven’t put a time scale to any of them yet but we will be speaking to other players every day and building a squad capable of being successful, and we will update the fans regarding this over the next few days and weeks.”
