CAERGYBI'S hopes of winning the Anglesey League took a huge knock this weekend as they fell to a 3-1 loss at home to Llanfairpwll.
A goal from Man of the Match Callum Jones followed by two penalties dispatched by Shaun Morris saw Llanfair claim a memorable win at Millbank and knock Cybi's title hopes in the process.
Elsewhere, a Scott Hughes hat-trick kept Arriva Bangor's title bid alive as The Busmen beat Cemaes 5-2. Ben Hulse and Darren Edmunds were also on target for Kevin Jones' side.
Finally, Pentraeth Reserves came from 4-2 down at half time to progress to the final of the Megan Cup with a 6-4 win over Valley (After Extra Time).
Defender Matt Williams bagged a hat-trick, Tom Jones hit a brace and Dylan Jones also netted as Danny Jones' side booked their place in the last two.
