CAERGYBI sprung a late surprise on high-flying Bryngwran Bulls with a dramatic 2-1 win in the Kon-X Anglesey League last night.
Bulls striker James Ryan had put his side in front on 18 mins with a fantastic long range effort.
Richard Owen's side had looked like they were heading towards a 1-0 win until some late drama occurred and two goals in the last five minutes of the game turned the tie on its head
Gary Jo Owen, who had hit a hat-trick against Arriva Bangor just four days earlier, followed that haul up with a double in this one.
The prolific striker, who has now hit 32 goals for the season, secured the three points for Dale Moffat's side with a dramatic last minute winner.
These two sides are set to meet once more on Friday night, when they square off in Megan Cup final at Bangor City's Nantporth Stadium.
Elsewhere in the division last night, Bodorgan claimed their third league win of the season as they beat Arriva Bangor 2-0.
Tall forward Luke Allaway took his tally for the season to 22 goals and Luke Gardner added the other in what was an impressive victory for their club.
Bodorgan remain in seventh on 10 points, whilst Arriva Bangor also stay in the same place, fifth with 21 points.
