AN Anglesey osteopath who denies sexually touching a woman patient will go on trial again in July.
A jury was last week discharged at Caernarfon Crown Court after failing to reach a verdict.
Judge Niclas Parry, sitting at Mold Crown Court, on Tuesday, fixed the retrial at Caernarfon on July 23.
Hammond, 61, of Llangoed, near Beaumaris, Anglesey, denies sexually touching the patient in her 40s at a Benllech clinic in May 2016.
He has been bailed in the meantime.
