A THIRD of the 35 available apartments at Benllech's Plas Glanrafon development have already been reserved off-plan, ahead of the buildings opening in early 2018.
Developers McCarthy and Stone recently held a sales launch at the Breeze Hill Hotel located in the Anglesey village and interest in accommodation has been very high since.
Situated near Tyn-Y-Gongl, Plas Glanrafon is a luxury retirement living development which comprises of 35 privately-owned one and two bedroom apartments, designed exclusively for the over 55's.
The sales launch was attended by over 50 people, all keen to find out more about the development which could open as early as January.
Fiona Brooks, Managing Director at McCarthy and Stone North West, commented: “We have been overwhelmed by the excellent response to Plas Glanrafon.
"Benllech is a charming beachside town; and the early demand we are experiencing for this latest retirement living development is a testament to the need for this type of housing in the area."
The development has been carefully designed to enable the elderly homeowners who will live there to maintain their independence.
Apartments at Plas Glanrafon will feature walk-in wardrobes, and fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and homeowners will also be able to enjoy communal landscaped gardens, with seating areas.
The development will provide a safe and secure environment, with a house manager on hand and a 24 hour emergency call system for added peace-of-mind.
The development’s show complex will be open seven days a week from Friday, January 26 to showcase what the building has to offer.
