PEOPLE in Llangefni and Dwyran on Anglesey have been invited to public drop-in sessions as part of ongoing investigations into last November’s flooding
Talks on ‘what happens next’ are being organised by Natural Resources Wales (NRW) and Anglesey County Council. The sessions will be held in Plas Arthur, Llangefni, 3pm - 7pm, Monday, February 12, and at Ysgol Dwyran, 5pm – 7pm, Monday, February.19.
Some 31 properties in Llangefni and 13 in Dwyran were flooded in November after the Afon Cefni burst its banks. NRW findings will contribute to the flood investigation report to be published by Anglesey County Council.
Keith Ivens for NRW, said: “The drop-in sessions are an opportunity for us to make sure we’ve captured everyone’s experiences and information.”
