A MAN from Holyhead has been jailed after he was caught in possession of class C drugs in Caernarfon.

Glenn Williams, 28, of Bryn Y Mor, was sentenced to 44 weeks' imprisonment at Caernarfon Magistrates Court on Thursday (September 17).

He admitted two counts of possession with intent to supply class C drugs at Thursday's hearing.

The court heard that Williams was found in Caernarfon with quantities of bromazolam and diazepam on May 25, 2024.

The drugs seized from him were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.

Williams, who had previous convictions, was said to have shown a "historic lack of engagement with probation," and to be deemed a "high risk to everyone but children".
