THREE people were arrested following a suspected arson at a property on Anglesey at the weekend.

Police are appealing for information following a suspected arson in Benllech on Sunday night (September 6).

Emergency services attended a property on the Tyddyn Fadog estate at around 11.30pm following reports of a vehicle being set alight on a driveway.

The fire also spread to the house, causing damage.

Three people were subsequently arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.

They have since been released on bail with conditions whilst enquiries continue.

A police spokesperson added: "We are appealing to anybody who witnessed the incident or has footage, including dashcam, of the area during Sunday evening to come forward.

"Anybody with information that could assist our investigations should contact police via our website or by calling 101.
