An old hearse shed has been transformed into a multifunctional venue.
The project, completed by Dolwyddelan Community Council, was praised by Janet Finch-Saunders, Member of the Welsh Parliament for Aberconwy.
The renovation, funded by the Shared Prosperity Fund, included improvements to the site and the installation of information panels.
The memorial building was officially opened by Mr Gwyn Roberts.
Mrs Finch-Saunders said: "I would like to congratulate all who have played a part in this wonderful project.
"Thanks to your tireless efforts, the community now has a centre, at the heart of the cemetery, where services can take place and shelter had during bad weather.
"This multifunctional venue also acts as a museum, with fascinating glimpses into the history of Dolwyddelan.
"I recommend that you visit this site which is full of history and a fine example of what society can achieve when residents pull together."
