On September 16, Webster was found at an address that he was prohibited from entering due to a restraining order that had been put in place to protect a victim in May earlier this year.
He was jailed for six weeks.
District support sergeant Chris Burrow, of North Wales Police, said: “Webster has shown a disregard for a court order that was put in place to prevent him from contacting his victim.
“This will not be tolerated and we will pursue those who actively seek to cause harm and distress to vulnerable members of the community.”
