FOUR ROMANIAN nationals have today been charged with several offences, having been detained whilst entering the country at Holyhead Port.
Ion Marcus Stancu, 42, Dorin Stancu, 37, Ion Elvis Stancu, 22, and 35-year-old Bianca Salac, all of no fixed abode, have been charged with kidnap, false imprisonment and causing another to enter into an arranged marriage.
They will appear before Mold Remand Court tomorrow (May 11).
