A PROPERTY in Gwynedd was broken into earlier this month.

The property, in the upper Dinorwig area of the county, was burglary between 11am and 5pm on Tuesday, April 2.

It is believed that an unknown person gained access to the property by cutting through a secure chained lock, entering through an insecure window.

North Wales Police volunteers recognised at ceremony

North Wales Police has appealed for anyone who witnessed or has information about the incident to contact the force.

A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area or may have dashcam or private CCTV footage in the upper Dinorwig area that captured the incident, between the above times, to contact police.

“Anyone with information that could assist our enquiries is asked to contact us via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference 24000306406.”
