THREE Anglesey businesses have been handed new food hygiene ratings, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
The food hygiene rating scheme gives businesses in England and Wales a rating of 0-5, 5 being the highest, based on their hygiene standards.
The scheme is run in partnership with local authorities and in Wales businesses are obligated to display their rating.

Harry’s Bistro, at Henllys Hall, Llanfaes, Beaumaris, was given a three-out-of-five score after assessment on July 12.
Lobster Pot Restaurant, at Rhydwyn, was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 22.
Beach Kiosk Lligwy Beach, at Lligwy Beach, Moelfre, was also given a score of four on June 22.
