POLICE have launched an appeal for a missing man who is believed to have travelled to Holyhead.

Francis Caldwell, 37, from the Coleraine area of Northern Ireland, was last seen by his family in the Coleraine area on March 17.

He was wearing black trainers, grey tracksuit bottoms, white t-shirt, black hoodie possibly with a band logo on it, and he would routinely wear a beanie hat.

Mr Caldwell is described as being around 6'2" tall, well-built, bald, with a dark beard and brown eyes.

A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is becoming increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of the 37-year-old, who is believed to have travelled to Holyhead.

"Anyone with information is asked to get in touch using the below details."

A Police Causeway Coast & Glens (PSNI) spokesperson said: "Police and family are becoming increasingly concerned regarding the whereabouts of Francis CALDWELL.

"Francis is 37 years old, around 6'2", well built, bald, with a dark beard and has brown eyes.

"He was last seen by family in the Coleraine area around 1.30pm on March 17.

"He was described as wearing black trainers, grey tracksuit bottoms, white t-shirt, black hoodie possibly with a band logo on it, and he would routinely wear a beanie hat.

"If you have any information that would assist us in finding Francis, please call us on 101, quoting incident 1275 of 18.03.23."
