A MAN from Bangor has received a restraining order from the woman whose window he damaged.
Gareth Lloyd, 51, of High Street, was accused of causing criminal damage to a window belonging to Michele Sousa at Plasllwyd Flats on November 22.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court.
Lloyd was prohibited from contacting Sousa directly or indirectly, and from entering or attempting to enter any property occupied by her, until November 22, 2024.
The court ordered Lloyd to pay compensation of £200, a fine of £100, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This totalled £385.
