MEDRWN Môn, Isle of Anglesey County Council and Menter Môn have established the Mannau Cynnes/Warm Spaces project to work with community halls, hubs and similar buildings to offer warm spaces for people to meet up during the winter months.

These are places for people to meet for a cup of tea and chat, watch TV, cook and eat together, or take part in more structured activities.

Penysarn's village hall is part of the project and will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week from 10am until 4pm, starting on November 29 and running until next Easter.

There will be refreshments available at no charge, while a TV set is coming soon; as is free WiFi.

There is also a pool table and table tennis, and a book swap will be available.

Those who would like to volunteer to help make the project a success, are encouraged to come along and see what is involved.
