A MAN from Anglesey has received a suspended sentence and sexual harm prevention order after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Vladimir Cherasosvili, 41, of no fixed abode, was accused of touching the girl in a sexual way without her consent, or without reason to believe she was consenting.
The court also heard how alcohol was involved.
He changed his plea to guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 1.
