THE Red Arrows, RAF Typhoon and much more delighted Rhyl with their flying displays at the first day of the town's air show yesterday (August 27).

There were also displays from the Calidus Autogyro, Team Raven Aerobatic Display Team, Silver Stars Parachute Display Team, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and more.

A RAF Military Dog Display also got the day off to a flying start.

The Rhyl Air Show returns today for its second and final day.

Rhyl Air Show schedule – Sunday, August 28

  • 12.15pm: RAF Military Dog Display (Rhyl Events Arena).
  • 2-3pm: RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Steve Carver Aerobatic Display Extra 300.
  • 3-4pm: Red Devils Parachute Display Team, RAF Typhoon, Calidus Autogyro.
  • 3.35pm: RAF Military Dog Display (Rhyl Events Arena).
  • 4-5pm: Aero L-39 Albatross, RAF Red Arrows.
