A WOMAN from Anglesey was ordered to pay almost £600 after she pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching her restraining order.

Catrin Williams, 26, of Tan Y Bryn, Valley, was accused of following Damien Hughes out of a club and speaking to him on October 2, 2021, and of speaking to Hughes again on November 16, 2021.

Williams was prohibited from doing this by a restraining order imposed by Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on January 14, 2020.

She pleaded guilty to both offences at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on August 4.

Williams is to pay two separate fines of £276 and £184, as well as costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a £46 victim surcharge.

This amounted to a total of £591, which Williams is to pay in full by September 29.

A third offences, of following Hughes out of a club and speaking to him on September 22, 2021, was withdrawn.
