SEVERAL businesses on Anglesey have been shortlisted for a prize at the 2022 Welsh Asian Food Awards.
Asian restaurants, takeaways and food establishments across Wales will be recognised as some of the best in the industry when the awards ceremony takes place at the Cardiff City Stadium on Monday, August 15.
The evening, organised by Oceanic Consulting, will reward hard-working individuals who promote Asian cuisine and connect communities through food and culture.
Finalists across the country have now been shortlisted following public nominations for what will be just the second annual Welsh Asian Food Awards.
The finalists for the Welsh Asian Food Awards 2022 from Anglesey are:
Bangladeshi Restaurant of the Year
Sopna Menai Tandoori (Pentraeth)
Unique Asian Restaurant of the Year
Britannia Curry House (Menai Bridge)
Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year
Sosban (Menai Bridge)
Curry Restaurant of the Year - North Wales
Meghna Tandoori (Beaumaris)
