A MAN from Anglesey is to pay in excess of £900 after he was found guilty of breaching his restraining order.

Emlyn Owen, 38, of Ffordd Lligwy, Moelfre, was accused of attending a specified property in the village, and of approaching Lauren Davenport, on July 18.

He was prohibited from doing this by an order imposed by Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on March 12, 2018.

Mr Owen was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 20.

He was fined £600, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £240 victim surcharge.

This totalled £925, which he is to pay in weekly instalments of £50 from August 12.
