A MAN from Anglesey has been ordered to pay in excess of £350 after he was found guilty of unnecessarily calling 999 on four separate dates.
David Likeman, 50, of Maes y Llan, Amlwch, was accused of making such calls when there was no emergency on February 7, and March 8, 17, and 20.
On February 7, he requested an ambulance three times, when in fact he did not need one.
In making these calls, Mr Likeman was failing to comply with a community protection notice which had been issued to him.
He pleaded guilty to all four offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 20.

Mr Likeman was fined a total of £250.
He is also to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a victim surcharge of £34.
This made a total of £369, which he is to pay as a full lump sum within 28 days.
The court also made an application for deductions from Mr Likeman’s benefits.
