THE Britannia Bridge linking Gwynedd and Anglesey was closed this morning as police dealt with an incident.
The A55 road over the bridge was closed to traffic in both directions.

At 9.50am, Traffic Wales warned motorists on social media.
The tweet said: Warning #A55 Britannia Bridge. Police incident . Closed in both directions."

Ttraffic became congested as lorries were unable to divert to the Menai suspension brige due to its height restrictions.
At 11.05, the bridge has re-opened to traffic.
