North Wales Police are warning the public about a new cyber scam after around 300 reports have been made about the fake emails.
The emails claim to be from Currys and are offering ‘customers’ a chance to win a £250 Pampers gift package.
The police say that Action Fraud have received almost 300 reports about them, and created a post on the Community Alerts page warning people of the scam.
If you receive any suspicious emails that you think might be fraud, they can be reported via email to report@phishing.gov.uk.
These reports will help remove scams and malicious websites.
