THE CHEAPEST places to get unleaded petrol in Anglesey, Bangor and Caernarfon have been revealed as prices see a further rise in the last week.
The average price of a litre of petrol at UK forecourts rose marginally from 162.5p per litre on May 2 to 163.7p on Monday, 9 May, according to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
The cheapest places for petrol are:
- Tesco Extra Bangor – 160.9p
- Asda Bangor (Farrar Road) – 161.7p
- Morrisons Caernarfon – 161.9p
- Morrisons Holyhead – 162.9p
The most expensive places for petrol are:
- Texaco Bangor – 165.9p
- Texaco Pentraeth – 164.9p
- Shell Caernarfon – 163.9p
- Texaco Caernarfon (South Road) – 163.9p
- BP Bangor (Beach Road) – 163.9p
- Asda Llangefni – 163.7p
- Gulf Gaerwen (Gaerwen Crossroads) – 163.9p
