A CONVICTED sex offender accused of having sex three times with a girl of 14 reported missing by her mum has been jailed for four years.
Darcy Cole, 20, of Maes y Llan, Amlwch, was assessed by the probation service as “vulnerable.”
Judge David Hale at Caernarfon Crown Court said he had “a very difficult start in life”.

But Judge Hale said Cole had developed “a very unhealthy interest in mid-teenage girls” and he had failed to learn his lesson from his previous court case.
“If you don’t learn your lesson by being in prison, the sentences will get very long indeed,” the judge warned him.
Cole admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order and sexual activity with a girl.
Prosecuting barrister Sion ap Mihangel said police had found “sexualised” social media messages. Cole and the victim had caught a train to Anglesey.
Counsel said the circumstances were “frighteningly similar” to those when the defendant previously befriended a girl.
He had received a suspended sentence.
Ryan Rothwell, defending, said: ”He knows he’s going to be receiving a substantial custodial sentence.”
