The last week has seen petrol prices have their highest weekly hike on record.

The average price of a litre of petrol at UK forecourts rose from 160.0p per litre on March 7 to 165.4p on Monday, according to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

The rise is in prices is largely down to Russia's invasion of the Ukraine - which has seen sanctions on Russian oil and gas hit UK consumers.

The cheapest place to get unleaded fuel on Anglesey at the moment is at the Gulf Gaerwen for 159.9p, followed by the Tesco and Morrisons in Holyhead at 160.9p.
