POLICE have appealed for help in their investigation into an incident involving a person exposing themselves in Bangor.

North Wales Police (NWP) say this took place “around the Siliwen Road area” on Tuesday (March 22) at roughly 4pm.

A man was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency, and has since been bailed.

Any witness to the incident, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, has been urged to contact police.

NWP Gwynedd North said: “We are aware of an incident being circulated on social media about a person exposing themselves around the Siliwen Road area of Bangor.

“This incident took place on Tuesday, March 22 at approximately 4pm.

“We can confirm a male has now been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and has been bailed pending further enquiries.

“We are appealing for any witnesses to the incident yesterday or anyone that may have any dashcam footage of the general area of Siliwen Road between the hours of 3.30pm to 5pm.

“We have arrested a person in connection with the incident and the matter is currently being investigated.
