A WARRANT for the arrest of a man from a Gwynedd village has been made after he did not comply with the requirements of a community order imposed on him.
Dewi Scott, aged 52, of Wig Crossing, Abergwyngregyn, did not attend, without having provided a reasonable excuse within five working days, a pre-planned appointment on December 24.
Mr Scott was initially issued with a community order by Furness and District Magistrates Court on November 23.
Caernarfon Magistrates' Court allocated the execution of the warrant to the Wales Enforcement Office on January 25 after Mr Scott did not appear in court.
