IAIN Edmunds struck a last gasp winner to complete his hat-trick as Llanrhaeadr hit back for their first win of the JD Cymru North season with a 3-2 victory at home to Prestatyn Town.

Both sides ended the first-half with 10 men with player-manager Marc Griffiths seeing red inside the opening 15 minutes before Jacob Wise gave the Seasiders the lead at Tanllan.

Charlie Mann was dismissed for Prestatyn but his side doubled their lead before the break through Dominic Elsey-McHugh.

Edmunds reduced the arrears early in the second-half before levelling with 15 minutes remaining.

The dismissal of Callum Roberts with two minutes remaining left Prestatyn with nine men and the villagers capitalised with Edmunds completing his hat-trick.

Meanwhile Guilsfield shared the spoils in a goalless draw at Llandudno with both sides ending with 10 men after Adam Jenkins saw red for the villagers before Morgan Owen was dismissed for the hosts.

Penrhyncoch's struggles continued with a 5-1 defeat at Ruthin Town despite leading through Harri Horwood's 15th minute strike.

The hosts hit back after the break with Jamie Cumming levelling from the penalty spot before Charlie Williams fired them ahead on the hour.

Cumming added his second penalty with 15 minutes remaining and completed his hat-trick soon after before netting his fourth to seal Penrhyn's fate.

Elsewhere Llanidloes Town claimed a battling draw at home to Holywell Town who led after just eight minutes through Dan Andrews' penalty.

The Daffodils were dealt a blow with the dismissal of Lance Jones before the break but hit back for a point with top scorer Connor Bird netting on the hour.
