A MAN from Gwynedd has been fined and disqualified from driving for six months after failing to give information regarding the driver of a vehicle.
Nils Linse, 48, did not provide information relating to the identity of the driver, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, after being asked to do so by a member of Cheshire Police in Winsford, Cheshire on October 22, 2020.
Mr Linse, of New Street, Caernarfon, was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £110.
He was ordered by Chester Magistrates’ Court yesterday (November 10) to pay the money by December 8.
Mr Linse was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
