A SMALL fire in the open in an Anglesey village required two appliances to attend yesterday evening (November 4).
This was in Caergeiliog, with North Wales Fire and Rescue Service called at approximately 7.45pm.
A stop was called shortly after 8.30pm, with an area of gorse land affected as a result of the fire.
A spokesperson for the service added that it was “Assisted by the RAF (Royal Air Force)” as the fire took place near their facility at RAF Valley.
