COME and support your craft community by visiting the annual Christmas Craft Fair at the Oriel Môn art gallery and museum in Anglesey this year.

The fair starts on Saturday, November 6, and as always, there will be a warm and festive welcome to each and every one.

After a challenging year, the Oriel and Isle of Anglesey County Council are happy to support the economy by giving craft workers in the area the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work in the much-loved Christmas Craft Fair.

Nicola Gibson, visitor experience manager at Oriel Môn, said: “If there is one thing this difficult time has taught us, is that it is more important than ever to support small businesses, artists and craft workers by shopping thoughtfully and sustainably.

“This year, we have 38 craft workers exhibiting their work, all of them producing handmade unique products of the highest quality.

“Items range from jewellery, ceramics, woodwork, glass, slate and textiles to Christmas decorations.”

You can also make more of a day out of your visit by sampling some of the delicious home-made meals and desserts available on the Christmas menu at Caffi Dewi.

The Christmas Crafts Fair will be open until the December 31, with early closing at 1.30pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
