FIRE officers are investigating a fire at a derelict building in Holyhead during the early hours of Tuesday.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said one crew was called to the incident at a property on Breakwater Bottom Road at about 1.13am.
The cause of the fire is subject to an ongoing investigation, the fire service said.
"We were called to a fire at a derelict building this morning at Breakwater Bottom Road, Holyhead at 1.13am," a spokesperson for the fire service said.
"The cause is unknown at present – the fire investigation is being carried out today.
"An incident stop has not been received - a crew from Holyhead will be reattending to inspect today."
