A 72-YEAR-old man was found unresponsive in the water.
North Wales Police were called to assist HM Coastguard at 5.21pm on Wednesday, September 15.
The pensioner was found in the water at Morfa Nefyn.
A spokesperson from North Wales Police said: "The Air Ambulance also attended, who sadly confirmed the mad had died.
The death is not being treated as suspicious, and the local Coroner’s office have been informed."
