This concerns the A499, the major road of the Llŷn peninsula in North Wales, between Lôn Cefn Glyn and Bethesda Bach.
A post on North Wales Police’s Facebook page at approximately 4.30pm on Monday afternoon read: “Following a road traffic collision, the A499 is currently closed between the junction of Lôn Cefn Glyn and Bethesda Bach.
“It will be shut for some time - please avoid the area.
“Many thanks for your co-operation.”
