A FORMER Deeside pub turned house of multiple occupation (HMO) is to go under the hammer.
The Old Quay House off Dock Road, Connah's Quay, has been given a guide price of £450,000 plus.
It will be up for auction on Wednesday, September 22.
Pugh Auctions, who are hosting the online auction, next week state: "A high yielding investment opportunity comprising a detached building currently utilised as a large HMO property and producing an annual rental income of approximately £80,000.
"The accommodation consists of 2 flats and 17 rooms, the majority of which are currently let and a further 2 caravans on the site which are also let.
"There is further potential to increase the current rental income once the vacant rooms have been let."
