A HELICOPTER pilot walked away with just minor injuries after crash landing in Snowdonia.
South Snowdonia Search and Rescue Team said it was called to the incident near Dolgellau on August 25.
A spokesperson said: "The team were alerted that a private helicopter had suffered mechanical failure near Llanfachraeth.
"Luckily the pilot had managed to find flat ground near the summit of Rhobell Fawr. He was shaken and had suffered minor injuries, HM Coastguard Bristows Rescue 936 assisted in his evacuation."
