DETECTIVES investigating the whereabouts of an 18-year-old missing from Anglesey have tonight arrested three people.

Officers have arrested a man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, as well as a man and a woman on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.

The arrests have been made in connection to the case of missing Frantisek 'Frankie' Morris from Llandegfan.

Chief Inspector Owain Llewelyn said: "After our appeal earlier today, I can confirm we have spoken to the cyclist in the CCTV images and they are no longer part of our investigation.

"I would now like to make a further appeal to the drivers of the cars in the attached images (on North Wales Police's Facebook page) to come forward, as they may hold vital information which will assist us with our enquiries.

"Due to the ongoing investigation, the road from Pont Felin, Pentir heading towards Waen Wen will be closed until further notice. Motorists and the public are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes."
