A BUILDING was damaged during a fire in the small town of Penrhyndeudraeth.
North Wales Fire and Rescue service were called at 5.18am to Griffin Industrial Estate following reports of a blaze at a commercial unit.
The blaze involved multi fuel stove and panels on the gable end of the building.
A spokesperson from the fire service said: "There was 10 per cent fire damage to the building and 30 per cent smoke damage to the building.
"Cause involved flue on stove.
"Crews from Porthmadog and Blaenau attended."
