THE former Burger King fast food premises in Chester city centre is set to go under the hammer.
The vacant Foregate Street property has been given a guide price of £250,000 ahead of the online auction on April 28.
Burger King closed the doors to its city centre branch for good back in late 2019.
The property, which is offered on a freehold title, is being auctioned by Pugh Auctions.
It states: "A former Burger King city centre restaurant premises extending to approximately 232sqm and offered with vacant possession.
"The property is situated in the heart of the city centre and has the potential to suit a variety of future uses, subject to consents."
Pugh Auctions says the property has been marketed to let recently for £50,000 per annum.
