A PROPOSAL has been put forward to turn a former Chester beauticians into a medical facility and a one-bedroom apartment.
The plans earmarked for the vacant property at 1A Hoole Road have been lodged by applicant V Nadeem of Hear Pure.
The independent business runs hearing clinics in Chester, Wilmslow and the Wirral.
The change of use application has been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council on its behalf by Curzon Park-based MTP Town Planning Ltd.
It states: "Change of use of beauticians and training area to one apartment and use of ground floor as medical facility for Hear Pure plus new frontage."
Neighbour consultation over the plans runs until May 8.
