A 41-YEAR-old man was arrested near Dolgellau after falling to stop for police.
North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit said when they found and stopped the car, the man failed a roadside breath and drug test.
He was also a provisional licence holder, had no insurance and was in possession of cannabis.
