The A487 in Llanllyfni has reopened following a collision, police have said.
North Wales Police confirmed just before 9.10am on Sunday that the road, south of Caernarfon, was closed.
The force stated just before 3.15pm that the road had reopened.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed two crews from Caernarfon were sent to the scene to help release a female from a car with the use of hydraulic equipment.
