A MOTORIST was arrested after being stopped in Pwllheli.
North Wales Police's Roads Unit says officers stopped the Vauxhall Zafira after spotting its drivir using her mobile phone.
However it transpired that the 29-yr-old also had no licence, no valid MOT and tested positive for cannabis.
She was arrested and taken to custody, police said.
A Roads Unit spokesperson said the texting while at the wheel and drug driving test result make up "two of the fatal five" driving offences.
